This Privacy Policy explains how JEWEALITY and developer Mahesh Varma ("we", "us", or "our") handle information when you use our Android mobile application Video to MP3 Converter Offline.

We built this app with a strict privacy-by-design philosophy: we do not maintain accounts, require sign-ins, log user identities, or store personal files. Your creative content belongs entirely to you.

All core functionalities of the application execute locally using native hardware and software codecs:

• Video to MP3 Extraction: Audio streams are parsed and encoded locally into MP3, AAC (M4A), or WAV formats.
• Audio Trimming & Cutting: Custom time slice operations happen strictly within the device's local memory and storage.
• WhatsApp Status Splitter: Status videos are split into custom-length segments on-device, ready to repost.
• Video Format Conversion: Container conversion and quality re-encoding (up to 1080p) run locally: MP4, MOV, 3GP, AVI, MKV, and FLV.
• Audio Format Conversion: Re-encoding between MP3, WAV, AAC, and M4A runs entirely on-device.

No audio files, video files, or waveforms are ever transmitted across the internet.

To keep the app free for everyone, we display banner and interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob (a service by Google LLC).

Google AdMob may collect and process certain pseudonymous technical data to deliver and measure advertisements, including:

• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) for analytics and ad personalization.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and approximate location (country/city level via IP address).
• Diagnostic Data: Ad performance, error logs, and click metrics.

Managing Ad Preferences: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID.

The app requests the minimum permissions necessary for media conversion:

• Output Folder Access (Storage Access Framework): Once, when you save your first converted file, the app asks you to choose or create Internal Storage/Video to MP3 Converter Offline using Android's system folder picker. The app receives access only to that folder (it creates one subfolder per tool inside it automatically) and stores the grant persistently, re-asking only if you remove access. No broad storage permission is requested. Input files are chosen through Android's system file picker, so no read access to your media library is needed.
• Notifications (Android 13+): Used only to show conversion progress while a job runs; foreground-service permissions keep long conversions alive in the background.
• Modify System Settings: Used solely by the optional "Set as Ringtone" action.
• Legacy Storage (Android 9 and below): WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is only requested on old devices for legacy MediaStore/ringtone updates.
• Internet Access: Used by the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK to fetch ads and by Google Play Billing to verify purchases. The core conversion engine does not use network connections.

You have complete control over all data created by the app:

• Library Management: You can multi-select, share, or delete any converted file directly from the Output screen.
• Clear Cache: You can clear temporary cache files at any time via Settings > Storage Maintenance > Clear Cache.
• App Uninstall: Uninstalling the application removes its private application cache immediately. Publicly saved media outputs in your storage remain under your ownership.

Our application is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any minor has provided personal data through third-party ad networks, please contact us immediately to have it addressed.

By using Video to MP3 Converter Offline, you agree to the following terms:

• Intellectual Property: You must own or possess the legal right and license to convert, extract, or manipulate any video and audio files processed using this application.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the application to infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
• Disclaimer of Warranty: The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. JEWEALITY shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
• Pro Subscription Terms: Optional Pro subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play each billing period until cancelled. Manage or cancel them anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase with no renewal.

The app is free to use. Optional Pro upgrades - Monthly and Annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a Lifetime unlock - are sold through Google Play.

• Payments are handled by Google Play: we never see or store your card or payment details, and the app has no separate account or payment system.
• What the app receives: only the purchase state, product ID (for example pro_monthly), and purchase time returned by Google Play, used to unlock Pro features and remove ads.
• Auto-renewal & cancellation: Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Lifetime plan never expires.
• Refunds: are issued by Google Play under its refund policy - please contact us first if something is wrong.
• Restore: tap Restore Purchases in the app, or your Pro status re-activates automatically on your next install through Google Play.
